Order of control: If a separate Notice of Privacy Practices applies to protected health information, that notice governs the use and disclosure of protected health information. If a separate checkout, subscription, or refund disclosure is presented to you at purchase, that disclosure also applies to the specific offering you selected.

The Services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Not for Emergencies
PureRx is not an emergency service. Do not use the website, text messaging, email, or telehealth workflows for medical emergencies or urgent conditions. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
Services, Telehealth, and Medical Decision-Making
PureRx operates a healthcare and wellness platform that may include online intake, scheduling, patient messaging, telehealth-related workflows, lab coordination, prescription coordination, and educational or support services. Medical services, where offered, are provided by licensed clinicians or through affiliated healthcare entities where permitted by law.
- Use of the website alone does not guarantee a provider-patient relationship.
- A provider-patient relationship, if any, is established only when a licensed clinician accepts you as a patient and any required consent or intake steps are completed.
- Telehealth may not be appropriate for every individual, condition, or jurisdiction.
- Not all services are available in all states or territories.
- No prescription, therapy, lab order, refill, or treatment plan is guaranteed.
Clinical judgment controls: Any treatment recommendation is determined solely by the licensed clinician based on your history, symptoms, available records, laboratory information, contraindications, and other relevant clinical factors.
Labs, Pharmacies, and Fulfillment Partners
PureRx may help coordinate laboratory testing, prescriptions, and medication fulfillment through third-party providers such as labs, pharmacies, and delivery or fulfillment partners. These parties may have their own terms, policies, and processing timelines.
- Medication availability and fulfillment timing can vary.
- PureRx is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third-party labs, pharmacies, carriers, supply constraints, or legal restrictions outside our reasonable control.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, contact, and patient information.
- If a clinician determines that treatment is not appropriate, a prescription may not be issued even if you began intake or paid for certain non-refundable service components.
Patient Portal, Accounts, and Security
You may be required to create or use a patient portal, account, or secure workflow to access parts of the Services. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
- We may suspend access if we believe your account is being misused or if needed for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
Communications, Calls, and Text Messages (SMS)
By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you consent to receive communications from PureRx related to your account, requested services, intake, scheduling, support, and service updates, including by call, SMS/text, or email where permitted by law.

Fees, Orders, Subscriptions, and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you select, including consultation fees, memberships, labs, support services, or other amounts disclosed at checkout, during enrollment, or in a specific program description.
Consultations and service fees
Consultation, intake, or provider-access fees may be charged at the time of booking, enrollment, or before a clinician reviews your case. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, these fees are generally non-refundable once provider time has been reserved or the consultation process has started.
Recurring memberships
If you enroll in a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not automatically refund prior charges.
Labs and kits
Lab fees, home test kits, specimen processing fees, and similar charges are generally non-refundable once a lab order has been submitted, a kit has shipped, or collection or processing has begun, unless otherwise required by law.
Prescription fulfillment
No prescription is guaranteed. If a prescription is issued, medication and pharmacy fulfillment charges are generally non-refundable once a prescription has been transmitted for processing, compounded, dispensed, or shipped, except in cases of error or where required by law.
Payment processing: Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for authorized charges.
Order limitations: We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order, enrollment, renewal, or purchase where appropriate for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, inventory, or operational reasons.
Coaching or Educational Services (If Offered)
If PureRx offers coaching, educational, or wellness-support services, those services are for informational and general wellness purposes only and do not replace medical care. Coaching and educational services are separate from medical decision-making, diagnosis, and prescribing, which are handled only by licensed clinicians when applicable.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose.
- Upload, transmit, or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, test, probe, or gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data.
- Use the Services to send spam, unauthorized promotions, malware, or harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, eligibility, health history, or payment authority.
Intellectual Property
All content made available through the website and Services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, product images, page layouts, and software elements, is owned by or licensed to PureRx and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from that content without prior written permission.

You grant PureRx a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, unless prohibited by law or a separate written agreement. We may remove content at our discretion.
