Important Notes About Availability

State availability is based on provider licensure, operational readiness, and legal requirements. Availability can differ by service line, medication category, laboratory workflow, and clinical appropriateness.

  • Not every program, prescription, or treatment option is available in every state.
  • Medical services are provided only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
  • PureRx may require additional information, follow-up, laboratory review, or in-person evaluation before treatment is offered.
  • Nothing on this page guarantees eligibility, treatment approval, prescribing, or shipment.

Changes to State Availability

PureRx may add, remove, pause, or limit service availability in any state at any time to reflect licensing, regulatory, staffing, operational, payer, pharmacy, or safety considerations.

Where a treatment page, checkout flow, or patient portal presents more specific state-by-state limitations, those more specific disclosures control for that service.

Telehealth availability

How PureRx confirms care by state

PureRx currently lists Arizona, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and Texas as service states. State availability is more than a location keyword: provider coverage, the service requested, clinical appropriateness, testing needs, prescribing, and fulfillment are confirmed for the individual before treatment is relied on.

Your location mattersTelehealth requirements can depend on where you are physically located when care is delivered. Share accurate location information during intake.
Services can differA state being served does not mean every treatment format or product is available to every patient. Availability is confirmed after provider review.
Clinical appropriateness still comes firstState coverage does not replace medical evaluation. A consultation can result in treatment, further testing, another recommendation, or no prescription when that is the safer outcome.

Prepare before you choose a care path

Updated August 2026. PureRx state availability may change as provider coverage and services evolve. Contact PureRx if you need confirmation before starting an intake.
